WTF? Catholic League Claims Jay-Z Is Racist Against Blacks

Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, has called out Jay-Z over the visuals for his ‘Family Feud’ music video – even claiming that the rapper is racist against black people!

Donohue released a statement claiming that Jay-Z dropped:

“Relentlessly racist (and anti-black) lyrics.”

While the statement didn’t offer any examples, Donohue also hit out at Jay for using images from inside a Catholic church for his video. Donohue wrote:

“Is it anti-Catholic? No, it is not a bigoted assault…But it is nonetheless gratuitous as well as exploitative, just the kind of thing we would expect from this genius couple.”

In the video, Jay and his daughter Blue Ivy can be seen walking through a church, while another scene sees Jay rapping from inside a confessional booth. Elsewhere, Beyoncé appears in an outfit that led Donohue to describe her as looking like a “queen” and a “priestess.”
