Postman Sends Heart-Warming Reply To 7-Year-Old Who Posted A Letter To His Dad In Heaven

It can seem that there is very little kindness in the world, which is why we wanted to bring you the heart-warming story of a 7-year-old boy who sent a letter to his Dad in heaven.

Of course, the circumstances are sad, but the post office made an amazing gesture by sending a letter back to the boy.

His mom, Teri Copland shared the message sent to her son by Assistant Delivery Office Manager, Sean Milligan:

Teri shared the letter on social media, commenting:

“A few weeks ago, my 7-year-old son posted this card to his dad in heaven and today he got a lovely reply from the postman. I actually cannot state how emotional he is knowing his dad got his card. You didnโ€™t have to make the effort to do this; you could have ignored it but the fact that you have made the effort for a little boy youโ€™ve never met is such a lovely thing to do. Royal Mail youโ€™ve just restored my faith in humanity and thank you, it honestly means the world to him. I want to let the staff at Royal Mail know just how grateful we are. Thanks and Merry Christmas.” โค๏ธ #LoveWhatMatters #Love #Christmas #MerryChristmas #Kindness #Compassion #Heaven #Grief #Grieving #Widow #Children #Child #Kids #Joy #Holidays #Grateful #Amazing #Beautiful #ThisIsAwesome #Awesome #ThisIsLove #PostOffice #Miracles #Miracle #Letters #Letter #Gift #Delivery #Delivered #Loving
