A man who served four years for a brutal beating he gave to his girlfriend is suing the Sands casino, saying that it was their fault – since they kept serving him drinks!
The Allentown Morning Call reports that Nicholas Mullins beat his girlfriend so badly that he was charged with attempted murder. His now-ex suffered massive swelling to the brain after the attack, and sources say Mullins even tried to smother her with a pillow after beating her!
Mullins and his money-grabbing lawyer are saying the attack was all the fault of a local casino as they served him with 15 free drinks. The lawsuit is based on the ‘Dram Shop Act’ which says businesses should be held liable for continuing to serve alcohol to clearly intoxicated patrons.
We can barely believe the cheek of this low-life piece of sh*t…
It’s not like the casino forced him to have all those drinks and nobody made him attack and try to kill his girlfriend.
You need to take responsibility for your actions – drunk or not.
A big ‘f*ck you’ to Mullins – and his lawyer…
