‘Black-Ish’ Star, Tracee Ellis Ross Takes A Stand Over Equal Pay

Most people would agree that women should get paid the same amount as men for doing the same job, yet there are some industries where inequality is still rife (some would say this is every industry!). One of those is in Hollywood, where there has been a long-standing problem with women being paid far less than their male counterparts.

Taking a genuine stand against the inequality is ‘Black-Ish’ star Tracee Ellis Ross, who says she will be appearing in fewer episodes of the hit comedy unless her pay is increased to match that of her co-star Anthony Anderson, who plays her on-screen husband, Dre.

Come on ABC, sort it out, and give Tracee her fair due as a co-star of equal worth to Anthony…
