Canadian rapper, Drake, blasted popular radio station Hot 97 during his final show of a 4-night run at Madison Square Garden.
Performing on Monday night alongside Future, Drake also invited names including Dipset, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, T.I., and J. Cole to the stage as guests. However, it wasn’t the high-powered hip-hop line-up that caused heads to turn as much as Drake’s comments about Hot 97.
Leaving the stage, Drake said:
This is not the first time Drake has used his Madison Square garden shows to hit out at Hot 97, having already called out DJ Funkmaster Flex on his opening night.
Sounds like Drake is trying to build up some hype for himself here – what do you think?
Meanwhile, check out Drake with his former arch-nemesis and Hot 97’s nemesis from rival station Power 105, Charlamagne Tha God, as they pop bottles together. We guess Drake is taking more jabs … yikes.
